IRC 2005  MEMBERSHIP FEES
IRC membership is a calendar year beginning Jan. 1^st and ending Dec. 31^st  Please check below which membership you are applying for:

___ Individual Annual: $25.00
___Family Annual: $40.00 allows 4 members of a family to be full members.
___Business Annual: $50.00 entitles you to business listings in website and newsletters.
___Youth Annual (under 21 years of age): $15.00
___Annual Sponsor Membership $100.00 entitles you to business listings, sponsor listings & sponsor discounts on registration.
___Biannual Membership: $40.00 two years of membership.

Membership is mandatory for registration and participation in IRC. The terms “Member” or “Membership” refer to a designation authorized by the registry of I.R.C. These designations do not confer any ownership interest in I.R.C. and do not directly or implicitly confer any right to impose Managerial authority or share in the profits and losses of International Registry of Colored Horses, L.L.C.

All forms must be filled out completely and submitted with all applicable fees, photos and documentation.  Any forms missing information, fees or photos may incur an addition charge for processing or maybe returned if not process able.

 All registration for color and category are subject to review and approval of IRC.  Color qualifications must be either document by another registry, document able by photographs, or by genetics/blood typing information. 

Category for Warmbloods must have higher than 75% approved Warmblood pedigree or European Warmblood registration or equivalent.  Category for Thoroughbreds must have verifiable registration with The Jockey Club or equivalent, full Thoroughbreds with documented blood typing and that are registered with PHR can be included into the Thoroughbred division, but it will be noted that offspring are not eligible for J.C. or equivalent papers.  Category for Sporthorses is more open allowing TB crosses, Warmblood crosses, Paints, Appaloosas, Quarterhorses, etc.,  but horses must be of Sporthorse type, i.e.:  suitable for disciplines such as: dressage, hunters, jumpers, eventing, etc. Sportsponies must be 14.2 hh or less and be of Sporthorse type.  Solid, breeding stock and auxiliary are either horses not meeting the color requirements, pedigree requirements or type requirements.

Applications for registration of horses must include two photos of each side of the horse, in the case of documenting a color further photos can be submitted.  IRC requests one quality conformation photo, which will be printed on your registration papers.  Please stand up your horse correctly and present him/her in the best possible circumstances, since this photo will appear on your registration papers.  Photo, documented color and ratings changes/upgrades to papers can be changed/upgraded by the registry for a $20.00 processing fee and if changes in color or rating status are approved by IRC. Registration certificates remain the property of IRC, IRC reserves the right to revoke papers for sufficient cause at anytime.
