IRC wants to be
affordable for our members and to assure quality services at fair
prices. Our introductory pricing for membership,
registration and advertising is considerably less then many other
registries and we will not charge you for services unless they are
rendered or in the instances of papers ready to be mailed.
We want to insure all our future members that IRC is making it a
priority for prompt services that our members are satisfied
with. This registry after all is designed to serve the
members, horses and for the staff to offer the services that we
would want and expect when dealing with registering and joining ourselves.
We believe that any new enterprise will have a few bumps in the
road, but we are going to try our best to steer clear of these and
with the help of our members input and ideals we think we will
have smooth roads ahead.

Membership
is mandatory for registration and participation in IRC.
All forms must be filled out completely and submitted with all
applicable fees, photos and documentation.
Any forms missing information, fees or photos may incur an
addition charge for processing or maybe returned if not process able.

Please allow 3-6 weeks for processing, if papers
cannot or are not processed by IRC within 10 weeks from the time they
are received the application, all paperwork and fees will be
refunded/returned-less a $10 office fee if return is due to incomplete
or insufficient information provided that could not be resolved.
A $25.00 returned check or incomplete address or denied credit
card fee will be charged if funds or fees are incurred by processing
applicants payments. Your checks/charges will not be processed, charged
or cashed by IRC until papers are ready to be mailed to you. Registration
certificates remain the property of IRC, IRC reserves the right to
revoke papers for sufficient cause at anytime.
