IRC is honored to be able to offer such a fine collection of IRC stallions in our fourth annual stallion service auction. We are offering this as an online auction, you must register to bid. Please read below terms and conditions. IRC wants to thank all of our very generous stallion owners, their donations will be used to help IRC provide more and better services to our membership and horses. We also want to thank our bidders, by placing your bid you are also supporting IRC and making this a better registry. All bids and fees paid are to be in US dollars. - All stallions bids start at approximately 1/3 their normal fee, bid increments are by $20.00. personal checks, money orders, cashier checks and IRC accepts: Master Card, Visa and Pay Pal

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All breedings sold through IRC auction to be paid directly to IRC within 7 business days of closing of stallion service auction (on or around April 22, 2005). If fees are not received by deadlines the service will be offered to the next highest bidder at their last highest bid and if not purchased by last bidder then it will be re-offered until April 30, 2005. same terms as above applies to any auction offered after April 22, 2005. DO NOT bid on this auction if you do not intend to follow through with payment, anyone who is the winning bidder and does not follow through with purchase maybe band from future participation in IRC auctions, membership, registration and activities. If a bid is place in error please contact IRC immediately, we will be happy to help.

All breedings sold through the IRC auction are an agreement between the buyer/bidder and stallion owner/manager and all breedings shall be governed by the individual stallion owners/mangers breeding/stallion contract. IRC can not and will not be held liable for any failures to fulfill breeding obligations, contracts, LFG, terms and conditions of any breeding donated and then sold via the IRC auction, these terms, conditions and policies for LFG, shipped semen, frozen semen, etc. all are governed by the stallion owners/managers contract and this contract will outline their obligations and policies. Please before bidding make sure that you are familiar with the terms and conditions of the breeding and contract that you are bidding on and of any additional fees that may or may not be included in this auction. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND contacting the stallion owner/manger before bidding.
