Applications for registration of horses must include two photos of each side of the horse, in the case of documenting a color further photos can be submitted.

IRC 2006 MEMBERSHIP FEES
IRC membership is a calendar year beginning Jan. 1st and ending Dec. 31st  Please check below which membership you are applying for: 
Individual Annual: $25.00
Family Annual: $40.00 allows 4 members of a family to be full members.
Business Annual: $50.00 entitles you to business listings in website and newsletters.
Youth Annual (under 21 years of age): $15.00
Annual Sponsor Membership $100.00 entitles you to business listings, sponsor listings & sponsor discounts on registration.
Biannual Membership: $40.00 two years of membership.

Please allow 3-6 weeks for processing, if papers cannot or are not processed by IRC within 10 weeks from the time they are received the application, all paperwork and fees will be refunded/returned-less a $10 office fee if return is due to incomplete or insufficient information provided that could not be resolved.  A $25.00 returned check or incomplete address or denied credit card fee will be charged if funds or fees are incurred by processing applicants payments. Your checks will not be processed, or cashed by IRC until papers are ready to be mailed to you.  In the case of using the on-line secure payment method your payment will be processed immediately.
